Messaging Service Terms and Conditions

As part of my subscription plans, I offer a messaging service that allows you to reach out to me with questions or inquiries directly. Each subscription level grants a different number of messages (questions/inquiries) you can send per month. Here’s how it works:

What is a "Message"?

A "message" refers to any question or inquiry you send to me through the designated messaging system or email. Whether you're asking about a specific issue or seeking guidance, each submission counts as one message (unless there are multiple questions/inquiries within a single message - in that case each specific question/inquiry will count as 1 message).

Messaging Limits by Subscription Plan:

• Basic Plan: You are entitled to send up to 3 messages per month.

• Premium Plan: You are entitled to send up to 6 messages per month.

• Gold Plan: You are entitled to send up to 6 messages and have up to 2 phone calls per month.

Important Notes:

1. Response Time: I strive to respond to all messages within 5 days. Depending on the complexity of your inquiry, some responses may take longer.

2. Message/Phone Call Reset: Your message/phone call count resets at the beginning of each billing cycle. Unused messages/calls do not carry over to the next month.

3. Upgrading Your Plan: If you find that you need to send more messages than your plan allows, you can easily upgrade your plan at any time to increase your monthly message limit.

How to Contact Me:

• Simply log in to your account and submit your inquiry through the messaging portal (click any of the "Contact The VA Disability Guy" buttons). You can also send me your messages in the same way. Each inquiry you send will count toward your monthly message limit based on your subscription level unless it is an inquiry that is unrelated to disability.
